Film Camp Overview

This past July The RIDGE Project took about 70 youth to Pokagon State Park in Angola, IN for a week-long Film Camp. Six teams had five days to make one thirty second Public Service Announcement promoting abstinence and the avoidance of risky behaviors. At the end of the week, there was a festival to not only determine the winners, but to determine which Public Service Announcement would get aired on national television! This year we decided to air both the winner and the runner-up. You can watch for the PSA's on a number of national TV stations, or here at youtube.com/theRIDGEprject. Along with the PSA, the youth were able to participate in various character-building workshops and other fun camp activities. We are excited and looking forward to next year's Film Camp!
