  • look at the body language here it tells all. see how close it is to the city and no locals have purchased it.

  • "One of the concentrations was a good intercept - 0.925 oz per tonne". Here in Australia its not uncommon to gret 5 oz per tonne from our mining shafts.

  • Definitely Rip Off! Even after the housing market crash that contributed to the failing economy people still sell land for EXTREMELY inflated prices far beyond what the land will EVER truly be worth.
