THIS HURTS!
What hurts...: elbow pain.
How you hurt it...: IM a Muay Thai fighter and powerlifter, so i use my hand pretty much, i think because im not stretching my elbow, or from overload, i tried physio therapy anti inflammation, it didnt help, but their is one thing that help me is cotisone injection it releives the pain for 2 months and then it came back maybe the main reason im not taking care of my stretching and warm ups, the pain is inside my elbow i cant describe it its pain, burn, i feel pain when Squeeze or pitch a ball, Shake hands Turn a doorknob i think its Golfer's elbow - also known as medial epicondylitis .
When you hurt it...: before 4 years.
Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain): if im not lifting weights or boxing the pain is 1 to 2 but if i train with weights or shadow boxing the pain is aroound 9.
Your age and overall health...: im 31 and im in good condition, i mean athletic condition .
Any other information you feel is relevant...: maybe from the weights or warming and stretching,.
YOUR INJURY COULD BE...
Golfers Elbow
REHAB YOUR INJURY BY...
Icing: 15 minutes for 2 to 3 times per day, with at least one hour in-between.
Massage: Massage straight down and across the tendons that are sore in your elbow area. Use lotion to reduce 'sticking' on your skin.
Stretching: Straighten your elbow and pull your hand straight down. Hold the stretch for 15 seconds and release - do this 3 times. Go to the point of resistance and not beyond - more is not necessarily better.
Nerve Glide: With your arm straight, go out and back with your wrist extended and your fingers pointed back. Raise your arm up until you feel the nerve stretch up your arm, then lower your arm. Pump your arm up into the pain and then down out of the pain, about 10 to 15 times. As you pump more and more you should feel less pain.

My elbows are fxxked, but I'm still going to do some more push ups, it's gross feeling the joints rub.

Wow. I can tell you the last exercise really works ! Had GE for over a year now, very mild, just annoying.
I've only been doing this exercise for a day and the slight pain is gone.
Finally I can rub my face with my left hand without that little stinging sensation.
