If by 'worser' you're refering to the last rites accorded to China's ruling elite in the last days of the Shang dynasty, when scores of POW's were decapitated as a funeral offering, then I agree with you.

I don't know enough about the Falun Gong to have an opinion.
But in general China is doing better instead of doing worser.

Some things good be better, but they are working on it.
