  • calvin9999999999 can u shut the hell up no one cares about mariah carey this video doesnt say mariah carey it says christina aguilera so post ur stupid ass comments somewhere else

  • "does miley have a bigger range than christina's?" LMFAO!!!!

Christina has a 4 octave and 1 semitone voice. This is the range of her back to basics album. And while a lot of the notes on this album are easy to hit, nobody can hit them with the power and open-ness like christina does. for example that dumb fuck disney thing demi lovito attempted to sing a christina song "mercy on me" and it was an epic fail because her voice was so weak and puny.

  • @chenjunyang Even during her worst days, her intonation was nowhere near as bad as Christina's.

  • @Stefano94x I like Mariah but I've definitely come across a few videos of her singing off key...

  • my fav album by her♥

  • She had 4 octave ok!

  • @whoretinaaguilera666 if you hate her, then go away!

  • Back to basics is an incredible album

  • @calvin999999999 "Low Register: E3 and below. Middle Register: F3-B3. Lower Chest: C4-B4. Upper Chest: C5 to singers limit. Head Voice: Dependant on singer. Superhead Voice: Dependant on singer."

Are you talking about women, men or both? And the middle register's kind of small and low don't you think.

  • @Stefano94x Definitely. But Christina can still sing the black off sheet music.

  • @yahiie Actually you can. Have you heard Mariah's Christmas special on ABC? Have you heard her perform in Washington for the Obamas last Christmas? She sounded GOOD.

Christina does have a small habit of going out of tune. I just think she tries too hard...she can really sing. Like seriously but she overdoes it. Mariah is more of a musician: I can't think of a time when she's out of tune unless it's a really bad day. That's why Mariah closes one of her ears: so she can stay in tune.

  • you forgot the C5 hey belt from "Ain't no other man" other than that great job.
