liquid diet not bad on optifast diet. it fills you up. 5 shakes a day, well worth the cost!i did not have a morphine pump, i wasnt in pain, just gas. We are all different in our initial experience, its post op we all join hands and sing the skinny song!

hmm well a little your stomach tends to hurt occasionally but not bad at all! its hard getting used to not eating alot the best bet is to eat a bite slow.. wait a few mins see if your hungry then another.
