  • Godina nailed it in 1!

  • blessing ufodiama is one hot mum.

  • All these great athletes never once mentioned the fact that you need to understand your PHYSICAL STATE OF ORGANIZATION. To be able to see it, which means you must learn to read the very contours of your body. As a former olympic champion(his name:George Rhoden, 1952 400 meter Olympic champion from Jamaica) once said " we must learn to look at our feet as the start of a linear projection involving the ENTIRE BODY"! Read a book by Ida Rolf on the structural integration of the body!

  • She was my idol back in 1981 - 1984. She is still holding world records! Mary your awesome!

  • Mary Decker is HOT!!

  • She is now, but she was a natural light brunette with highlights (frosted hair back then).

  • where was this.?

  • Mary turns 50 in 2008.

  • Mary Decker as a blonde??? hmmm, I don't know... Anyway, could identify with what she said about when she was healthy and felt good, she'd train until she got injured.
