What's so funny?

With a now freed American Ship Captain being held hostage by Somali Pirates at gunpoint 40 miles off the coast of Somalia and while the Somali Terrorists were getting closer to the Port of Somalia and the U.S. Economic situation remaining grim, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton feel that there is something very funny about these situations.

Now is the time to contact th White House and ask.... What's so funny!

I think in Hillary's case her laughing MAYBE a case of trying to cover up her nervousness of being around people that are outside her brown nosing groupies. As for obama it's a case of straight forward arrogance. BOTH are wrong to laugh.
