Krystal Pure water treatment products are available exclusively from Lowes. As a factory representative for Krystal Pure, I field a lot of calls from consumers about our products and how to use them. I receive calls everyday about our reverse osmosis filtering systems many concerning filter changes, so I created a series of short videos on how to do an R.O. filter change. New test showing 17, is that a good number on the TDS after a filter change? Quite a difference from last read.

Your video helped tremendously, got filters changed but pre change tds number was 26, after two drains with new filters, my tds number is 61 and 58. Only changed the filters as KR15 membrane only 3 years old. Any idea what is wrong with quality? thanks.
