If it not registered on peg bars and the paper keeps moving why doesnt tigger move. Tigger stays in the same place wile he being animated. It doesnt make scenes

What is your question? The original animation was of course registered on peg bars. This is a xerox of the original. The edges of the paper do not correspond to the original edges of the original paper the animation was on. The edges would have more or less been the same. Does that answer your question?

What does this have to do with Milt?
That said. I like the animation...but you should scan and sort these in a program like Flash. Half of the drawings are crooked.

I believe the scene was animated by Milt Kahl. If I miscredited the animator and you have the correct name, it would very much be appreciated. Regarding scanning, the paper's crooked due to the fact that the scene is a xeroxed copy of the original and the peg holes didn't reproduce well. That coupled with the fact that the animation wasn't mine, I didn't have time to scan it in. I just shot it under a camera and tried to eyeball it to position it right.
