Joseph Christiano N D, has designed this 12 week Jump Start package to serve as a means to help someone who wants to lose weight. By stimulating their metabolism with meal replacements when sitting down to eat a regular meal is difficult because of busy schedules, the fat burning process will be achieved. It is based on natural calorie-burning meal replacements i.e. protein shakes, cookies, meal replacement bars and energy supplement.
