Editing Program: Sony Vegas Pro 8.0

Capture Settings:
Format: MPEG 2
Resolution: 720 x 480
Data Rate: 7000Kbits/sec
Audio Settings: MPEG Layer 2 (48kHz)

Render & Editing Settings:
Resolution: 640 x 480
Field Order: Upper Field First
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000 (Square)
Frame Rate: 29.970 (NTSC)
Pixel format: 8-bit
Rendering Quality: Best
Motion Blur Type: Box
Deinterlace Method: Interpolate Fields

Properties on Video:
Uncheck: Maintain Aspect Ratio
Check: Reduce Interlace Flicker
Disable resample (This usually gets rid of interlacing video)

With these settings my video does not have any interlacing nor does it have the Sony Vegas motion blur when you set videos to Best Rendering quality.

I remember i use some time cheat "SPOILT" for real rock that game.

-on the PSX version was NAZCA C2(beautiful and mine favorit car), and on PC version some stronger car(dont remember name).

Know someone cheats for those special tracks?
