As an atheist you should realize by a logical intelectual proceding, that you´re nothing then a complex fist of chemical interactons, and as so, for you shouldn´t exist any kind of GOOD, EVIL, PEACE OR WAR, just survival. @anandkar5 I have one brother only, and you are not him...I don't know which scientists you are talking about, because the reputable ones are all in agreement that Darwin set up the basis for a much wider theory of evolution that we have today thanks to DNA and millions of data accumulated before, since and after Darwin. That what you describe in Darwin's last moments is an urban mith to diminish Darwin's research and only accepted by deluded religious nutters!!

Please come to know that the great scientist Darwin himself regreted in is death bed that he mistakenly understood and wrote about the theory of evolution and finaly accapted the existance of God and His creations. @Odettesharesherheart U and all the diluded religious people fail to understand that Darwin lived in a time when science and our understanding of the world and the universe was very limited and society still was deeply religious and even scientist were criticized when suggesting that the bible was just another fairy tail or that we evolved from apes (both turned out to be true!!) I suppose for religious people is like "playing" in "Second Live" only that you think that one is also true!! Crazy!

@Odettesharesherheart Ur understanding of atheism is very poor & full of prejudice & estereotypes....atheism means there is no believe in gods or religions & that we live free from opressive thoughts or fear. Atheist don't "have a problem with the heart"!! there is no anger, we r in peace with ourselves & the rest of humanity, & we accept that Darwin's theory was the starting point for all recent discoveries and in no way his theory is absolutely correct.

Everything that God created is good, even what you think is useless is there for a reason, for His thoughts are not our thoughts nor His ways our ways. Trust Him & He will heal your heart. He still loves you & has permitted you to live to worship only Him.

Comment to eap8317: Perhaps you should take your own advice and THINK about what YOU'RE saying when you make the ridiculous assumption that God made a mistake by giving the whale a set of bones that appear to be unusable. Are you such an expert on the anatomy of whales that your wisdom on the subject supercedes all others? What you perceive as a mistake may very well be an integral part of the whale's evolution. Too bad you won't be around long enough to see the mystery unfold.
