Here is what really happened:

The first rounds were from a Summer 2003 airing. I have episodes like this one programmed to record on my VCR, but not on GSN. In addition, this is when nobody is watching the TV in the first place. However, there were some times when somebody will change the channel while the VCR is recording. So originally, the last spin round was interrupted by someone changing the channel. So when this episode re-aired a few years later, I simply taped the whole round.

@WarioBarker88 I think I know why. From the first broadcast on GSN, when the bug was shown at the top right screen, the spinning part of round 2 was sped up by GSN. Years later round 2 was shown in its normal playing speed. And a nice touch to edit it by thewhammy83. Thanks!
