@mindnumber9 women file over 70% of divorces and a high chance of sole custody is a big driver of that. I bet most men believe in joint custody whereas more women than men want sole custody. Women also more likely to demand alimony. They also want it BOTH WAYS. Having custody is the privilege and the responsibility means paying for said child, NOT asking for child support too!

@mindnumber9 are you female or male? I have to ask because our experience as men's rights activists know that many 'sympathetic' women will try to deflect attention from how so many women take advantage of the system that deliberately targets men. The fact is family, and criminal court would just not be so screwed up if so many women did not commit perjury about phony abuse and assault. It also would not be screwed up if women didn't think they owned children.

@lonewolf1369 wrong, wrong and wrong. what part of family, to you, means "men"? the "injustice" effects males, females and children ... culture & society on the whole. like i said, DON'T make it an issue about males - OR - females. it is unwise to focus on ONE gender more or less than the other.

If you look at any mans story about DV it becomes license to begin a process that is so disproportionate and evil that it outweighs the minor act to start with. He reacted and slapped his child probably by the unobserved pressure his wife or the case put upon him. You can 'kill the man' for this- you are less harmed if you murder someone than be accused of Domestic Abuse such is the deformed psychology that Females have prescribed to its deviation or infraction! A tribal disorder by the STATE!

@molinarok agreed on that,and it dosen't seem a woman can refuse the child support either.big brother gov. decides ...set up the $ for the child.I know ALOT of people don;t do that though.

@ilovety65 If a man doesn't want a child, once the woman is pregnant he has no say in the matter. If the woman doesn't want the child, once the woman is pregnant, the man has no say in the matter. Men don't have any rights or options. Woman are free to force them into financial servitude.  Or, they can destroy a child that the man is perfectly willing to raise himself. The laws are incredibly stupid and lopsided.
