@Yvessam Yes. VMWare is a good product too but not free. Honestly the free Oracle VM I discuss in this video performs better.

I want to put a xp game on my computer and if I use that would it still be able to change back to vista

@ashisahadath Thats not possible as both really on proprietary hardware and if Os X was to meat Win 7 hardware windows might count it as a virus and auto delete it im not for sure though
