I would rather use 'dither' in the gradient tool options

@IceflowStudios nice, but doesn't the Dither-option do a similar result for gradients you're creating?

@DtoxN You can Convert for Smart Filters, or separate the Layer Styles from the layer. (Layer > Layer Style > Create Layer).
