I have the same thoughts as you going into the new year. I really want to support everyone in the challenges BUT for the first 5 weeks I'm just focussing on me. No scales at all...just getting fitter. Here's to a great start to 2010!

Yay, so good to know and Hubby will be back at work Monday, after being off a week and eating around me, lol. Things will be back to a pre-holiday routine in two days when my daughter returns to school on Tuesday.

I hear ya! I am always a drity little piggy when I get back on track! LOL ~ Today was a good example of that. By Monday though... I should be good. YOU too actually. For me, by day 4 I am feeling fabulous!
