plot:Over the years Sam has come close to loosing his brother on many occasions, but now it could really happen.
Based around the deal and how Sam is dealing with it. how he's finding it hard to watch Dean throw his life away and not care that he's dying. How he wants him to see what he's leaving behind, (his brother, the people that care like Bobby, the chance of a normal life/ a family)
