The end result was good, but that's just way too much work: it's like constructing and deconstructing the machine for each process. Has no-one created an all in one machine. I thought restaurants would want something more efficient and speedy. I guess they pay the price by staying up all night making stuff. I'll keep looking for something more sensible. People accept stuff too easy when they are probably better stuff out there. Who the heck uses a tool kit to make food
