Thank you so much for your comments. I make detailed tutorials because that's what I would've wanted when I was learning :) I will see what I can do about the kick start. I'm assuming you mean the one without hands? There is another one I do while chest hooping, but it uses hands.

You are an amazingly detailed instructor. Thank you very much for all of your wonderful, insightful & personable tutorials especially those for beginning to work with multiple hoops! I would like to see a tutorial of how to kickstart with your foot single and/or multiple hoops. I've watched over videos but they aren't as detailed oriented as I strongly feel you would provide so if you get the time it would be greatly appreciated as is all of your videos! Very inspiring;)
