Bartenders arrested for Fire-breathing- facing 45 years!
Performing flaming bar tricks, two fire-breathing bartenders are facing up to 45 years in prison.
Owner of Jimmy's Old Town Tavern Jimmy Cirrito, said that his bartenders have been entertaining his customers
by spitting out flames using matches and lighters and also juggling bottles of alcohol
for over a decade and no one has ever complained. Although on July 24th shortly after midnight,
two longtime employees were escorted out of the Herndon bar charged with three felonies each, plus additional misdemeanors.
"They were being treated as if they were terrorists, charged as if they intentionally tried to burn down the tavern," Cirrito responded.
Tegee Rogers, 33, of Herndon was charged by Fairfax County fire investigators, Justin Fedorchak, 39, of Manassas,
with manufacturing an explosive device, creating a fire capable of burning or destroying a meeting house.
Several state fire code misdemeanors were also charged.
