Visited 4 years ago and it was wonderful!
Last year I sent an e-mail to them, no answer. Sent it again, still no answer. Bummer.
Maybe their e-mail address has changed, but maybe just the people.

Used to be a huge fan of the ranch... visited 4 times one year... for those of you planning to visit any time soon and planning to visit the familiar ranch family, call first. New management, not the most pleasant person in the world, has released most of the old familiar faces. Sadly the ranch will never be the same... and THAT breaks my heart
