ASM client Marques Slocum (#92 Red) demonstrates his dominant skills from the Offensive Guard and Defensive Tackle position. At 6'6" 340lbs, Slocum has explosive power and quickness across the line, routinely pressuring the QB and making big tackles for loss. Marques is a Big Play threat on EVERY down. Marques is highly scouted talent ready to make an impact at the next level.
No way you could have watched this whole highlight. This is a big man always around the ball and playing both ways. And for the question of strength. 33 reps of 225lbs at 2010 Temple pro day would have placed him in the top five of DT at both the 2010 and 2011 NFL combine. True... not a finished project, but 350lb men who can run are rare.

yeah, he comes off the ball low.... Im assuming he has none or very little college exper... this just from watching a few plays.... he may have some size but as is usually the case Im sure exaggerated to some degree but none the less on the field he needs to show more hustle, better instincts vs better competition and needs to get serious in the weight room... I dont see it, but has some raw skills .. I dont see enough time for him to do what he needs to do to get where he would like to....

I've played football all my life too. Well at least since the age of 5. In all, 21 years as a player, and at the D1 level as a three year starter. Entering 18th season either coaching, training or consulting football players. Watched all of this kids highlights, including high school All American game, where he was rated the # 1 OG in the nation. However, after a outstanding game performance was also ranked the # 5 DT.
Competition not the best. But the kids athleticism for a big man stands out
