Awww, why you hatin'? Piloxing is an awesome work out. A lot of the standing Pilates movements are actually ballet exercises. Joseph Pilates himself drew from yoga and ballet amongst other things to create what we know now as Pilates. Aerobics was a fad in the 80s but became the basis for dance cardio. Calisthenics is the basis for early AM 'boot camps'. Cross fit pulls from many disciplines. Fitness trends always build on what came before. So as long as it works, what's the problem?

@fitlisaoz What is even funnier is that fact that this woman did NOT get those arms or even that body from this Piloxing or whatever it is she is calling it.

Bloody ridiculous! Pilates is pilates - quality controlled movement - this is a travesty - more cardio fad rubbish! And what an insult to boxing - I thought we were done with the tai-bo craze - so ten minutes ago....

boxing is boxing and Pilates is Pilates... Fusion is a contradiction.

I've tried this once. I was sceptical at first because it didn't look much of an exercise, but man, it was way more exhausting than I thought. I will definitely try it again :)
