Hey again Funkrr, the module part number you are after is 07G686 or 0J105, you can fit any laptop style CD/DVD drive in that, and it connects with a special cable, part number 3G265 or K2652, hope that helps!

Hi thanks for that. If you could I owe you pint! Its so annoying that I am unable to use the c400. Im looking on Ebay for some type of device to get it working. I just want any working OS on it lol

Thanks for watching the vid Funkr, the C400 uses a special external drive module that connects to the weid little port om the left hamd side of the laptop, which hiuses the optical drive. I'm not sue of the part number off the top of my head, but I should be able to find out fo you.

Nice collection. Can I ask a question about the c400? do you have any idea how to install windows onto it?
It does not come with any Optical drives. I have one sitting here with a corrupt windows install. It only has one USB port and as far as I can tell you cant boot from it. What do you use if you wanted to reformat?
