  • He has lied several times, but you have to consider the fact that he is not only the president, but that he's also a politician. I do get angry with his lies at times, but my overall opinion on him is still pretty good.

  • he says a lot of things. he's lied several times before, and it's nice of him to at least admit that he was raising it, but from what i've seen in his character so far, he is gonna keep right at it. i could be wrong, but i wouldn't bet on it.

  • What was the base of your argument again? If it was about Obama lying about increasing the deficit, he actually stated that he did in his State of the Union address.

  • yeah. the health care bill. that's what i was refering to. maybe not a trillion dollars, it's supposedly a little north of 800 billion (i rounded up a little for aestetic appeal). and surprise surprise. no matter what obama does, you can always just blame bush for everything to make it even. the fact that bush wasted so much money should be even more motivation to not waste any more. everything the gov't touches (reguardless of which party is in power) gets screwed up.

  • I was referring to the health care bills, which the ones in Congress won't increase the deficit, but will actually lower it, according to the CBO. Not to be confused with the Stimulus, which increased the deficit necessarily a little over a trillion dollars. Not to be confused with the Conservative non-fiscal spending they did during Bush's presidency.

  • @DixonRants how in the sam hell does spending a trillion extra dollars NOT INCREASE the deficit? obama has lied several times before, and this is just another one on the list.

  • I'm ashamed to live in the state that this asswipe represents, undoubtedly he'd prefer people who cant afford health insurance to get assistance from the prominent church here, which means selling yourself out and what you stand for, or biting the bullet and losing your home over uninsured bills, brilliant actually, but hardly christian, or is it? feh..

  • This guy is Satin. Pure evil. I trust Kim Jong Il before this guy. SATIN.

  • What a lot of disingenuous garbage.
