Correction, that is an f-22. The YF-22 was the prototype model and there are only six. This is the more developed and sexier f-22 that has complete air superiority over any Russian or Chinese imposter(such as the PAK FA or J-20)

Wow, all of these aircraft are seen as small & maneuverable "fighters", but look at the size difference between the F16 fighter and the two air superiority aircraft, the F15 and F22. Just massive by comparison! Of course you can't compare the size with the P51, that was simply a different era. Like an 80's Honda vs a modern one... They just can't make 'em that small and accommodate modern technology and safety.
The F16 may not be as intimidating, but I think it's the prettiest jet fighter ever.

I just saw the YF22 Raptor in Sun n Fun Airshow and it was the powerful and loudest fighter jet I have witnessed. An absolute Beast! It was louder then 6 F18's. And way more maneuverable. The afterburner looked like fire balls. Weird. Good video.
