Since it's much harder to keep up a training program with the work schedule and the New England weather, I got the Get On the Ball DVD and have been working the girls on it. Both think it's the coolest new game eva! I've noticed a difference in their abs and shoulders, not so much the hind end as promised on the video. These are a sampling of the "beginner" program exercises: head turns left and right, up and down, rocking the ball side to side and front to back. They are supposed to be standing for most of the program.
