On a weekend vacation to the North Shore, several people were observed jumping off of cliffs into pools of water from a stream entering Lake Superior. The water level in the world's largest freshwater lake was several feet low in 2007. Nevertheless, I decided to try cliff diving. I estimated the top of the cliff to be about 40 feet above the water.
