MELODIME - Chihuahua Rescue

On our way back from New York City, we encountered a runaway Chihuahua. The dog was literally running with traffic down the center of Route 130 in Hamilton, New Jersey. We stopped traffic and assisted in what may have been the greatest rescue ever documented on film. Enjoy!

MELODIME is a trio that grew up and learned to play music on a farm outside Washington, DC. Since jamming in a hayloft, Bradley Rhodes and the Duis brothers, Sam and Tyg, have entertained many, and have had their song "Sweet Contentment" featured twice on FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance". Melodime has emerged as one of the top bands in the DC area that you must see live!

The band's multi-genre sound is an eclectic mix of rock, blues, folk and country. Fans credit them with the genre defying versatility of Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals, the song writing intricacy of Tom Petty, and a clean, intriguing sound tht is comparable to Dave Matthews. They have released two albums available on iTunes, Memories in the Form of Sound and The Bathroom Diaries, Vol. 1. Currently they are in the studio, simultaneously recording two more albums that will be released this spring.
