  • If you can support then you can theoretically do a full lift with it, so you're not far off. Good job!

  • is this video linked somwhere or something? Anyway its 2.5 years old now...so yes I have no probs squatting 760 for depth and reps now.

  • everytime you do partial squats, Jesus kills a kitten. Don't be a pussy, save the kittens. Squat deep

  • Dang this is almost 2 years old...Anyway I did hit 805 for depth in competition just a couple weeks after this.

  • Nice job, do some lower sets with some good reps, your scaring me with that death wobble.

  • i've had some more time with the the heavy weights. just hit a 905 full depth this week. looks good and vid is up.

  • @biscuitmancollin

    THANK YOU!!!

Partials are one of the best ways to get stronger in full range movements in any exercise.

What is funny is how many people that bash them would get destroyed if they tried to do partials with this amount of weight!

  • @no1weak I believe completely in squatting deep, I think it's the best way to squat. Deep squats should constitute the overwhelming majority of your squats. I have come to the belief though that partial squats can be a useful tool in the same way that board press is to the bench. I experimented this Monday after deep heavy power squats I experimented with some partial squats, and I love the effect that it has two days later. My VMO feels full and solid as does my whole posterior chain.

  • @RSixBoy Don't take my word for it. Ask Louie Simmons and Bud Jeffries since they've both said the same thing. It's essentially the basis of progressive distance training, ie. work from supporting to moving a weight that you were supporting. You might want to try it so you can boost your pathetic squat.

  • @1strengthandhealth9 what kind of absolutely retarded theory is that??????? I can support 300 lbs but I KNOW for a fact that I cannot squat it, so there goes your moronic theory

  • @fosschr

partial Squat & deads are probably the best known ab excercise known to man

  • @fosschr

if you knew anything about powerlifting maybe you wouldnt make uneducated comments like these

  • Looks Good!!!! Nice for Static also

  • I used to be able to squat 290kg 4 reps and now my knee joints are fucked. I wish I'd stuck to doing a lighter weight and more reps i.e 200kg 12 reps. I'm paying for it now.

  • lmao looks like were ganna pass out fora sec. some times that happens to me when i push it to the limit

    good job bro
