Professional and amateur filmmakers shot the city of Berlin over a period of 24 hours on Sept. 5,2008. From that material,they produced a 24-hour-long documentary film called 24hr Berlin - A Day in the Life . In fact,it's the longest TV doc in the history of the medium. Eighty crews took part. It's now being shown in its entire 24-hour length on various European networks on Sept. 5,2009.
