  • Scott -- as a layperson, this was interesting to watch, and very generous and informative of you to post. Also, a great way to use YouTube.  One question and one suggestion: what is NLP? I think that needs to be explained. Also, at the point where you pause to allow the viewer to think of an example, it might be helpful to have an illustration worked into this, from your own life, or a client's experience, or something you've read. But great job, and very interesting. Thank you!
