over 90% of people come to US to get major surgery and cancer treatment, and this guy changed that to cuban style health care, when you think of health care, you think cuba

Its all about taxation not healthcare. Its about destroying small business because who can compete with a company that is exempt from paying there employees insurance like Mc Donald's. Everyone will be rationed and some will be on death panels. Say goodbye to are currency in 2011. Prepare people.
