Ainsley was born via c-section for a difficult presentation at full term. She had stridor at birth due to an unknown cause and was intubated. Three extubation attempts failed and she was given a tracheostomy at 5 weeks. She has had two cranial reconstructions for sagittal craniosynostosis as well as several other medical conditions. She is a happy girl despite it all. Visit Ainsley's blog @ http://ainsleyrae.blogspot.com

Ainsley Rae, your little light is shining brightly! Love it!
My little boy has faced different challenges--heart surgery and spinal fusion-- so I have a feeling that I understand the special bond you feel for your brave little girl. Thank you for sharing your wonderful story. God bless your family.
