beating those in custody is typical of what Connecticut does to anybody whatever they feel like. Anybody can be arrested for anything.

Jacob Kramer is a young adult that would not sit down in his cell.

Police could do much better trying to make impressions on youth and young adults. Police, paid with tax dollars, should have some restraint and professionalism.
