Water Snake vs Moccasin

Addendum: I DID NOT KILL the snake - it died when it ate a bream on my yoyo (automatic fishing device - used to catch catfish)

Addendum: You people that make fun of my voice and 'think' I'm a redneck southern guy - you're right but I may have a higher IQ than you - I finished College with a Bull Shit degree :) I was / am a nerd that HATED English in College so please ignore the grammar and pay attention to the video - I'm just trying to explain difference in a harmless snake and a water MOXICAN (my spelling :) :)

I sometimes catch snakes on my yoyo's - they swallow the bream bait / hook - then drown.

I don't like to kill harmless water snakes but there are a lot of them around here - most people think we have a lot of water moccasin around here when in fact they are harmless water snakes

It's amazing how many people do NOT know that it's impossible to save a snake that swallows a bream on a yoyo - and yes it's a waste to kill a harmless snake

You poor DA - when you fish with a yoyo using bream for bait you hope to catch a catfish for supper - you do NOT want to catch a gar - a grinnel - a turtle and more importantly a snake - but if a Poor Harmless Snake tries to steal my catfish bait then too bad for the snake - etc.

Bottom line - a snake is the LAST thing you want to catch / kill on the yoyo - they can't be saved once they swallow the bait fish
