@TheDropOfTheDay I've actually lost weight since this video, however it's actually unhealthy for me to lose weight as I have an illness called Cystic Fibrosis - Youtube 'Jennifer Kate's Cystic Fibrosis Story' if you don't believe me.
But yeah, it's unhealthy for me to lose weight as it can in fact make my situation worse and when I do become seriously ill, I don't have the weight to fight back and this can decrease my life expectancy even more with other more complications.
