I dont think he foot actually slips off, i think she sort of landed on the middle off her foot, rather than her whole foot on the beam. I remember what happened when her foot did slide off at the 2006 Championships and she looked scared. It was probably safer to do that, than try and do her twists. =/

No - on the back handspring one of her feet slipped off . She saved it as best she could.

yep even if she never did a double back but a 2.5 or triple twist

Her foot was completely off the beam. She would have fallen and hurt herself had she tried for her triple.

It´s really strange !
Her fall was terrible !
She made all the coreography and vaults perfectly .
Her exit of the beam was her worst exit !

Nastia said she lost her concentration after doing a good routine and rushed her dismount a little. If you look closely you can see that she missed her foot on her hurdle and elected to do a very simple dismount to avoid serious injury.
