Bar-barians 1:15+ challenge
This challenge is 1 set on either the horizontal bar or the parallel bars. It must be 1:15 or longer and your set ends when you come off the bars.
I now have a lot more admiration and respect for the Bar-barians after attempting this challenge. Moves and tricks on the bars are hard enough when you're fresh, but when you're tired, it's an incredible challenge to keep going and keep good form.
My stamina and style need a lot of work, and this challenge made me realize this.
