Which world is real?

Here is the storyline.

Cuddy broke up with House, we all know that. In my editing, I mixed the story of the 7th season with the movie of Christopher Nolan.. In this case, House is interested with the Inception, created by the CIA, an all new way to explore the subconscious of people. Everybody lies, including his patients, but with the Inception, he will be able to find out their deepest secrets, and then their disease.

But it has a price.
