This is combination of two 650nm perpendicularly polarized laser beams using a polarizing cube beamsplitter (PCBS). The lasers are 20x DVD-RW diodes @350mA current collimated by acrylic lenses. The beamsplitter is also from a DVD-RW drive. As you can see the lasers are 200mW and ~170mW and combined beam is 350mW. That gives less than 6% power loss!!! That is awsome! Notice that this is only experiment to check if it works, thus the optics aligment is crappy!
