  • Do you have any idea why the leg that is at 90 degrees starts shaking after a few seconds when I try the lunge stance?

    You are not used to it. It's a partial balance stance, so your body is adjusting. After a few works outs it will get better.

    For the first 2-3 exercises you give some indications about the lenght and the number of reps.

    What about the Warrior II and the rev crunches? What are reasonable lenght or reps and how many stes?
