It's unfortunate that there is such a din of voices during a demo like that. Maybe they only wanted the samples, but I'd have preferred to listen and learn to remember than chat away during the actual demo.

Kudos to the chefs! It's great to see Marcel again!

you know whats really cool about an audience that talks over a demo? Nothing, whatsoever.

I had this beverage at The Bazaar a few weeks ago - the texture is impossibly fine and delicate. I highly recommend ordering it to anyone who visits the restaurant. One is fine to split as well, as it is surprisingly strong in flavor and alcohol content.
