Caruso are a Dublin based band that come from all over Ireland... Belfast, Cork, Dublin and Monaghan. Formed around the songs of Shane Ó Fearghail, Caruso's debut album The Watcher And The Comet is busy doing the rounds and creating great opportunities for the band at home in Ireland and abroad.

Since the release of The Watcher & The Comet, Caruso have played Germany, France, The UK and all over Ireland, gathering a strong fan base. Most recent dates in Whelan's (Dublin) DeBarra's (Clonakilty) and Róisín Dubh (Galway) have been received with rave reviews and great turn outs. The bands two single releases, Round The Hardway and All Your Features have also received rave reviews by public and radio alike. June saw Caruso close John Kelly's RTE 1 arts show, The View (the last show of the series) with Round The Hardway while All Your Features was named as song of the week on Ian Dempsey's Today FM's morning show in July.

Caruso's relentless scheduled is set to continue. September sees the band shoot their first video which will be on the airwaves late September. They have been selected as one of the acts to play this year's Hard Working Class Heroes 2008 and have also shot their first MUZU live video which will be on line soon. Late September will see Shane play solo acoustic dates in Italy and Austria, followed by Germany in November.

In 2009 Caruso return to Europe to play their first European tour set to kick off at the Bleus Autour Du Zinc festival in Beauvais, France in March... followed by more dates in France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Italy. All fun and games!
