From what I can tell from the vid, it looks like your centre of balance is too high. Maybe practice some standing postures to sink it lower. I may be wrong, as it's hard to tell from a small video.
It is my understanding that bagua was developed for fighting multiple opponents,so it is a good idea to keep your eyes on your opponents,the hands and arms go out as an antena if you meet a force then ting jing can be used,also keeping your eyes on your opponent or a fixed point can stop you from getting dizzy,
I think the guy in the video is on the right path,
