  • I'm going to try to ask this as nicely as possible. Why are you telling us to wash our hands, after having contaminated with your left hand, both the salt and pepper shakers with whatever viruses the meat may have contained? You did not wash your hands.

  • Real Italians don't put meatballs in their pasta. What you made is called polpette, which is eaten separately.

  • ck360 is correct how can you make meatballs without breadcrumbs and eggs its a big no no. no italian would ever make it this way if any thing you could of just took the ground meat and fried it up and added a freshly made sause no canned sauses please and you would of made a better recipe. look forward to showing the world how real italian cook. ill go ahead and make a freahly made sause with the correct way of making meatballs and ill post it on youtube watch it and learn.
