i have the one on the right bottum corner. is it hard to flip them out for you. mine isnt old but tends to be really tough and not flip

The reason the Juice cuts you is because it arrives from the factory with a wire edge. I know, I got cut too. You need to sharpen it and give it a standard edge that wont fold over the first time you put it to work.

Also, I have many of the same knives and tools you do, thanks for making this HD so I could compare.
