They are very much different, there's no denying that. But in the public eye we're mroe than just victims...we're "the enemy". As i've said before i don't disagree with your tactics nor do i shun you for them either...
But until we "achieve our goals" we're stuck with "fighting" this battle. But believe me on this, if i have to be brutally slain to see to it you can go places unarmed, so be it. Even politics can work in our favor...

"Fighting for" and "having achieved" are, unfortunately, very different things, but hey, I share the dream. Until it's realized, I say when they hit us, we hit back just a little bit harder.

i've nothing against self defense. Here's my problem, some rich chick in Beverly Hills is attacked and calls the cops, immediate action. A goth anywhere is attacked and calls the cops...
Having a weapon and knowing how to use it does help, i admit, but we're fighting for a goal that says having to carry a weapon for self defense shouldn't have to be necessary...

I don't go anywhere unarmed anymore. If anyone tries to take me down, they may succeed, but at the very least I'm taking them with me. Once the anti-Goth bigots get the word that our bite really has bite, they'll think twice about messing with us.
